Did you take up the “Challenge” yesterday??? How did you “fare on” with the “Challenge.”!!!…Did you pray for the category of people as is written in I Timothy 2:1-4 and also Matthew 5:44 concerning your enemies!!! Beside praying, did you “keep” positive….what you said about the people you were praying for and also regarding all your engagements yesterday!!!
How about “keeping” to this “Challenge” the whole of this week!!! Reflect and assess the “impact” daily ….It might turn out to be the “breakthrough” you have been waiting for…..
As you do this….say to the LORD….
Psalm 141:1-5…I call to you, LORD; help me now!!! Listen to me when I call to you…Let my prayer be accepted as sweet-smelling incense in your presence…Let the lifting of my hands in prayer be accepted as an evening sacrifice…Take control of what I say, O LORD, and guard my lips …Do not let my heart be drawn to what is evil so that I take part in wicked deeds along with those who are evildoers; do not let me eat their delicacies….
Let me remind you that inorder for you to do this successfully; Proverbs 3:5-6 …and Philippians 4:6-7 must apply ….you must trust in the LORD with all your heart….and not depend on your own understanding .. BUT; you must seek his will in all you do….then…he will show you how to pray ….and what to do…
Also; you must pray as instructed not according to what you want and how you “feel” about the people you are praying for…You must be thankful as you pray… remembering what God has already done for you….
As you pray and “watch”… God will grant you “peace of heart and mind” and this peace will determine the way you think and feel….This is guarantee that you will have a victorious week because you are not alone….
Pray for everyone…pray for the leaders (where you live and beyond)….pray for your enemies…Will you???
