Today we “pay special attention”…to the daily verses that we use to “command our day” every morning….
Have you realized how “energized” you “feel” after declaring them!!!.. The fact that you overflow with hope which makes you anticipate a good day ahead….
Proverbs 3:5-6…. Trust in the LORD with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding…Seek his will in all you do, and he will show you which path to take….
We are called to trust in the LORD with all our hearts….that means without doubt….Not to “depend on our own understanding” therefore we don’t ask ourselves “how will it be…how is this possible”…”what if!!!”.
…We just believe that as we “seek God’s will in everything we do” …he will show us what to do and the way to go… Remember; God’s will in response to your situation…might not correspond to your expectations….Yet!! It is the right way…
Philippians 4:6-7….Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything….Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done… Then, because you belong to Christ Jesus, God will bless you with peace that no one can completely understand….And this peace will control the way you think and feel….
One of the most important things that you must “Guard” and do all you can to “keep” is Peace….When you lose your peace; everything else begins to crumble….Peace holds everything together ….You also need Hope…. Peace and Hope are inseparable…With the two together you are unshakable and unbreakable….You have a positive mindset…. You are able to keep your faith in God in times of Testing, Trials and Temptations ….
Did you know that Peace controls the way you think and feel????…Now you know… Each one of us have had moments when we were worried about a situation and we “lost” our peace….we became anxious and stressed…We probably made hasty decisions that complicated the matter or we took short-cuts that “seemed” to bring a solution …only the “same” or similar matter to “crop up” much later with unpleasant consequences….
When you therefore wake up every morning and declare these verses “into” your day; you are making a determination of how your day will be ….what you will do and what you will not do because you choose to Trust in the LORD….
Note: After you have prayed and surrendered all your plans to God…letting him know your needs and being thankful for everything that he has done for you, it is God himself who will “bless” you with Peace ….This Peace….no one can completely understand it …Why!!!When you encounter … trouble… opposition…or temptations in your day; you will be able to “respond” appropriately by “praying about it”…You will know when to speak or whether to stay silent….You will be able to wait patiently as you process the matter before you made a decision…
Finally; and this is a difficult one ….because we are in the world….
Romans 12:2…Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think…Then you will learn to know God’s will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect….
By choosing to declare and do what Proverbs 3:5-6 and Philippians 4:6-7 and also Romans 12:2 says; you totally trust and rely on God to help and give you guidance even though sometimes it might contradict the “world view.”….and expectations….
This too is choosing to make your life meaningful…..
