Before we go back to Isaiah 60; how about spending more time in thanksgiving today….
Psalm 138:1-6…I give you thanks, O LORD, with all my heart; I will sing your praises before the gods…I worship at your holy temple and praise
you for your love and your faithfulness for you have exalted above all things your name and your word….
As soon as I pray, you answer me; you encourage me by giving me strength….All the kings of the earth will give thanks to you, O LORD, because they have heard the promises you spoke….They will sing about what you have done and about your great glory…..
Even though you are so high above, you care for the lowly, and the proud cannot hide from you….
It is only you who knows the journey that God has taken you through over the years ….But!! one things is certain; if it were not for him fighting your battles ….providing for you….offering protection etc….You will not be here today…..
Make this day a day of deeper reflection of God’s goodness and faithfulness in your life…Arise and Shine!!!!
